May 2009 "In the style of" (ITSO)
Now and then I paint works in the style of a particular artist I admire, it's a
terrific challenge for me and I get to take a journey into the work from their unique perspective. Currently
I am tackling a Kandinsky painting titled "Small Dream in red" (dated 1925). The original is below followed by
pics of mine whilst in progress (more updates will follow). Other examples of my "in the styles of" or my "itso"
